How do I use a Pyramid Power?
I have just bought a Pyramid Power kit (that´s passive gym for local use) but it has no instructions at all. Can anyone tell me how to use it; how to place it in the right places to workout the right muscles, and for how many minutes must I use it.

It'd really help if those things actually worked, but lets see. I guess you could start doing some bicep curls with the thing, maybe throw it around some. Try wearing it on your head while jogging.
