How to keep pencil eyeliner from rubbing off?
I have oily skin and WITHIN an hour of application, the eyeliner will start to rub off onto the area underneath my eye so I am constantly "cleaning" the area. This is a pain in the butt considering I also wear concealer and end up rubbing that off too.
I tried dusting my eyelid with translucent powder, swiping the area w/ toner to remove excess oil, and always use waterproof eyeliner, but nothing seems to work. Please help!
P.S. I CANNOT use liquid eyeliner. I just don't have the dexterity for it.
there is a 24 hour eyeliner you can purchase in either pencil form or liquid...it's made by a company called styli-style or something similar to that...i just threw out the flyer it was in...pharma plus rexall sells it here (canada), but i am sure you can get it anywhere
