I hit my head on a tile floor yesterday and now my neck hurts, why? *details inside*?
I slipped on a tile floor yesterday and hit my head pretty hard. I felt fine until I woke up this morning and my neck hurt, especially when I touch it, the pain is only on the right side of my neck. So what's wrong? Should I go to the doctor?
-i have gym class in school tomorrow, if my neck still hurts, should I not exercise?

It sounds like your neck is out. Try putting your chin on your chest and circling your head around in circles, and around your shoulders. [ It needs to be a full circular motion, going all the way around] Try it to the left twice, and to the right twice.
And make sure you breath and relax your neck muscles, and move your neck around in a circle on your shoulders.
