wanted to let you know how amazing your yoga class is! When I
first came to your studio I was in a very stressful time in life.
I was holding all of that stress in my shoulders and neck. There
was so much pain that I thought I had an injury. I had never done
yoga before but it was recommended to me by my therapist. After
the very first yoga session with you I felt sooo much better.
It truly was an amazing difference. I could actually move my shoulders
without pain. My neck could turn again, and that was only one
class! Yes, I was still sore, but it was a good sore as opposed
to the pain I previously had. It was such a difference that I
couldn't wait for my next class. I have now attended classes only
once a week for 3 weeks and the pain in my shoulder is gone! So
I wanted to tell you that you are a miracle worker (as if you
didn't already know that)! Thank you, thank you, and thank you
