You like to swim? Did you know about this swimming sports history? This water sport was already started many centuries ago from the time before history, a period in which humans do not recognize the writing. Here is the history of sport pool.
Sports Swimming In the Past
Swimming is one kind of water sports. Did you know this water sports have a long history? Swimming sports history has been known since prehistoric times. This is evident from the paintings of people swimming in the walls of ancient caves of the stone age. In the Gilf Kebir, Egypt found also cave swimmers.
The history of sports pool also is in the Bible. Epic of Gilgamesh, the Iliad, and the Odyssey also told of this sport.
Unfortunately, swimming does not become one of the sports that are contested in the Olympics of ancient Greece. However, they often practice this water sport. They also built a swimming pool that becomes one with their bathroom.
In Japan swimming history began writing in the year 36 BC when the emperor Suigui the competition pool. The race is known as the first race in the world. Swimming is also a key skill of a samurai. If you want to be a samurai, a person must master these water sports.
