Does anyone know if this plate is worth anything?
Just wondering if there might be someone out there that knows if these 2 particular plates are worth anything. They we're left to my wife in her mothers estate and on the back they are numbered 1 and 2 in gold, the maker of the plates stamp on the plate reads "Harkerware Since 1840" The design on the front of the plate is of a pine tree branch with a few pine cones on it. Any input would help, or maybe a web site to research this if anyone knows of one.
Kovels' New Dictionary of Marks, at page 147, mark "H." (Not all pieces are marked -- this is not uncommon with vintage Harkerware.)
