I need to loose weight in like five days desperately!!! i am like a size 10 in australian sized and i need to be a size eight by friday which is in 5 days i am starting to think it is impossible. I follow up by doing a 5mins warm up and the cardio pilates 30 mins then weight lifting with a tri cord for 30mins the cycling or running up and down the street for thirty mins. I am also following good food habits (Low carb) but i am not so sure it is going to work!!! help me please i need ur advice!!

Low carb should work for you - it's been working for me. Try eating every 3 hours. Portion of fish or meat (the size of a deck of cards) and lots of veggies. Also, eat some salad first. Not just cuz it fills you up. Salad takes more energy to digest. It works like a charm. It revs things up. So eat a bit of salad (not too much), then your serving of meat and veggies. It will work. I learned all this stuff from the Weight Loss Czar (www.eweightlosswin.com) and it's been working.
I wouldn't recommend exercising too much on top of that (30 minutes max) cuz you could push yourself over the edge (become too hungry).
