how can i lose inches fast?
im 15 and i am very unhappy with the way i look. my waist is 35in and i am 5ft 1in. i already battle anorexia and a very bad mindset. i need a fast, effective, and healthy way to lose a few inches(preferably 5-6) by the time school gets back in, which is late august. i will do anything from body wraps to detox to anything. please help me. i am looking for a life change too.
are there any experiences any of yall have had or any recommendations for anything? i have the Malibu pilates chair, tony little's Gazelle, and Zumba Fitness. any success stories from those? thank yall for your help 
Success comes from sticking to a routine and doing it properly. There's no quick remedy. It takes hard work and consistency. I suspect you are doing this a natural way to combat your anorexia, and i wish you total success with a healthy lifestyle change.
4 or 5 inches is quite easily accomplished if you stick to it everyday, but do so in a healthy way. Remember you are young. Your body will change more as you age, so just stay in a lifestyle that's healthy, practise moderation on the things you know are bad, and keep a good routine going that makes you feel good, and gets you the results you like.
