Yoga mat or yoga towel?
I'm doing ashtanga vinyasa type of yoga and I find that I slip a lot on my mat. My mat however is a Zellers mat that I borrowed from my sister. I have researched a lot and I have found NO answer whatsoever. Should I invest on a new cheap yoga mat? A new expensive yoga mat? or a yoga towel instead to put on top of the one that I have?
If there is anyone that has experience with such things and has had the 'slipping' problem before (very annoying thing), please help me out as I am lost.

you could have sweaty palms? geta yoga towel or yoga socks and gloves for that
part of yoga is focusing enough to keep you body where it is as well... just so you know
