I have a leg magic, you have to do the exercise regime that comes with it, it does gradually tone you up, you just need to keep at it, the exercises do actually work because you can feel them pulling your muscles
i like it because it easy to assemble, you do it in 1min bursts , and you can do ti while watching tv, that what i do
also it does improve endurance, because your doing it everyday and each time its that little bit less tiring and you can go longer on it as well
