How To Approach A Woman At The Gym

The dudes at my gym still want to know how I managed to bang "Anna Kournikova."

No, I didn't actually score with the famous Russian tennis player who is also a worldwide sex symbol. But there was this super-hottie at my gym who looked exactly like her -- so much so that we all referred to her (behind her back) by that nickname.

And all the guys at the gym desperately wanted her. This girl was incredibly beautiful, and she was Russian, too (with seductive accent). She would walk into the gym wearing tiny spandex shorts that revealed a world-class ass, and a skin-tight top that showed off breasts that were so amazingly perfect that we all assumed she had implants.

(As I eventually found out, this beauty was 100% natural...)

So let me explain how I got this girl, and give some tips on how to approach a woman at the gym...

The average guy doesn't have any idea <"a href="http://macktactics.com/ezGaffurl.php?offer=vegasflash&pid=19">how to approach a woman at the gym -- and so they don't even try.

They think it would be weird, or awkward, to approach a woman at the gym while she's in the middle of a workout, or cooling down and getting ready to leave. They figure she's in her own "zone," focused on her exercise, and not in the mood to have some unfamiliar person walk up and start trying to convese with her.

The funny (and ironic) thing is that the majority of the dudes in the gym are there because they want to make themselves more appealing to women! They're getting in shape and building up their muscles because they want girls to notice them.

And yet, when they're actually at the gym, they think the women there are somehow "off bounds."

Gyms are a very good place to approach women, for quite a lot of reasons. One reason is that when we work out, our brains release endorphins -- the "feel good" chemical. Women who are in the midst of a strenuous exercise session are literally buzzing as their brains are flooded with endorphins. This makes them the opposite of a woman in a bar who is "on guard" and acting defensive and suspicious when men try to come up to her.

Now, if there's a woman at your gym that you want to talk to, wait until she's deep into her workout session. Don't attempt to approach her when she first arrives, or when she gets on the Stairmaster five minutes after showing up.

Let her work up a sweat. Let her brain start firing off those endorphins! Technically, she's actually feeling a bit "high" at this stage!

And if she's been exercising hard and could use a break, she'll welcome the chance to chill out for a minute and talk to you. (IF you approach the right way, of course.)

So here's the gym approach that I used with Anna (as she was doing her stretches after a hard workout, causing every guy in the gym to stop and stare):

"Hi, let me ask you a quick question.. You look like you keep in good shape, and my friend Tina just had a baby -- I'm the baby's godfather, and he is soooo adorable -- and anyway, Jennifer really wants to get back in shape and lose the weight she gained from her pregnancy. Is there a trainer you might be able to recommend, or an exercise class?"

This type of gym approach is effective for a few reasons. First, I did not ask her for permission. I didn't say, "Pardon me, can I ask you a question?" Don't ever do that. ouWhen you ask permission, you give her a chance to say "no." Instead, jump right into your question.

Second, I mentioned how I am the godfather to my friend Jennifer's adorable baby. As a woman, I'm pushing some of her emotional buttons. If I'm a "godfather" to an infant, then I must be a sensitive, loving, protective guy.

Third, I threw out a specific QUESTION that is uncomplicated for her to respond to. She's a sexy, in-shape girl who works out a lot. Naturally, she wants to share her knowledge on this. So she starts sharing her knowledge and telling me the best way to get my friend Jennifer back in shape...

At that stage, now that she's talking to me I will use the right conversation tactics to move to other topics that serve to create a connection with her.

We spent the next half-hour chatting and flirting, then I used a "stealth" move to score her phone number and propose a place for us to meet on Tuesday night, and the rest is history.

The moral of the story? Learning how to approach a woman is actually very easy, when you use the right strategy.

umm...tha bandaid thing jess traps bacteria in tha area =/ (my friend experienced problems frum doin that) i think u should b fine with it, my friend got hers pierced right wen cheerleading started && she was a flyer in all our stunts && she just left it tha way it was with no protection nd she was fine. i got mines pierced right before my dance concert for advanced dance (A LOT uv movement) && i was fine
so i think you should b ok. just b aware of your surroundings.
