how to get over my fear of doing my backhandspring by myself?
i have been going to gymnastincs for over 6 years now and i had it but then i fractured my arm and lost it. now i can do it on the wedge the smallest one i can do it on the tumble track i can do it on the flat squishier mat with a harder fold up mat on it annd my coach said i definately have my standing but i get scared when i try to do it without him. how do i get over that fear?
