Peck workout/ help with flat bench press?
I am 17 and been lifting seriously for about half a year now. My pecks aren't getting stronger my bench has actually went down over the past month. I always bench with high weight and low reps. I think implementing squats and deadlifts (contribute the most to full body growth, including your pecs becuase of natural hormone release) would greatly benefit your training.
Also add some weighted dips- i guarantee you you'll see chest growth. Some call dips the king of upper body movements since it works your shoulders, chest, and triceps a lot with 1 movement.
