Whats the best gear for a woman just starting fitness training?
Hi! Im starting training in January for a 10k "Mud Run". Its an obstacle course as well as the 6.5 mile run in June. I am not very in shape (yay for WoW playing for 4 years) but it's 6 months away so i want to be in super duper shape.
