You may have seen this item in the TV infomercials or advertised over the web. The Ab Wheel, an exercise machine that promises to tighten and tone your abs in just minutes a day and it also promises that you will feel great and full of energy all over.

How do I make a rat exercise wheel?
I've been looking into buying an exercise wheel for my pet rat, but they are very expensive to buy one that is safe for rats (without mesh on the bottom, etc)
Is there any way I can make one? Or if you know of any that I could buy for $20.00 or less that would be helpful too!
I think first you have to think about will your rat use it.
