have trouble with dynaflex powerball?
i just cant seem to keep it going. i start it and can accelerate it to a decent speed, but can only keep it going for maybe 15 seconds, before it gives way. i have a few times gotten it to go fast enough to where its a more stable speed and i could easily switch hands or something without it losing all its momentum.
ive tried different motions with my hands, but cant seem to accelerate it any quicker.
