that. Most likely not technically as safe because it needs to be (metal in opposition to wooden, as opposed to non-slip foam against wooden), however it still
functions excellent.
I had been also afraid that since your pounds holds it in spot, it might fall away though you are not applying a lot of force. Which means you would need to do some
kinda balancing act to keep it in location till you start chinning, and it would fall off as soon you're carried out. Not so. It rests fairly securely on the jamb, but
a fast upward motion removes it correct off. If you're paranoid, it occurs with a little hook which you wedge in between the molding as well as the wall that will hold

I'm hanging a Perfect Pull Up chin up bar onto my door frame?
I'm hanging a Perfect Pull up chin up bar onto my door frame and I'm having problems driving the remainder of the screw into the frame. I'm about 70% of the way there and the screw will not budge, I've tried a regular phillips head, then attaching the phillips onto a pair of plyers, even a mechanical driver. Is there metal in the door frame? Or anything else that would be preventing the screw from going the rest of the way in?
Also, if you are familiar with this product, would it be safe to try a shorter screw (This bar will be supporting my entire body weight as it's a chin up bar)?
your probably hitting another screw or nail, if all the other screws went in fine, using one that is only 1/4 inch shorter should be ok, or you can move your support brackets 1/2 inch or so
