Common Types of Lanyards
Lanyards are cords or straps that are worn around the neck for holding and displaying identification cards. Lanyards have gained popularity over the recent years due to rise in security concerns. Beaded lanyards

My surfboard leash doesn't have a lanyard cord..?
i have a rainbow fan company leash for my surf board, but it doesn't have the lanyard cord on it. My friend gave it to me... Where would i find one,or could i Just make one?

Do yourself a favor. read the first answer I gave you. I made a couple really valid points.
1) Lessons are the only way to start. They can be from a pro, or from a family member or friend who has the time to spend with you in the water.
2) The Challenger is a Chinese made popout, the Challenger name was sold to a Chinese manufacturer years ago. The Spyder may or may not be a popout. If it is a Spyder Wright board, it may be the real deal. But, that is irrelevant, because there is no way that a short board like that is worth anything for a beginner in the Gulf of Mexico. And, it doesn't matter where your pal bought the board, leashes are very generic.
3) Go to a SURF SHOP. They sell SURFBOARDS, and SURFBOARD LEASHES, AND WAX and all that neat stuff. And the people who work there surf, and can give you lots of good LOCAL advice that some 14 year posers from the midwest can't (not that everybody who answers these questions are midwestern kids).
I have been surfing for 42 years. When I want to get surfboard buying advice, or talk about new designs, or new products, I go to good local surf shops in the places where I surf.
