I am a overweight 22 year old woman. I am 117 lbs, and about 5 ft tall.
I am trying to loose weight.
I go to the gym and workout.
Exercises I do at the gym: 9 minute mile on treadmill, 100 20lbs on the abdominal crunch machine, 100 210lbs on the seated leg press, 2 miles on the pedaling aerobic exercise, 100 55lbs on leg extension and leg curl.

I just checked, and they say that POLE dancing aids weight loss. Will it work for me?
